Maybe I should agree cause The Dance was the first concert I was able to go to. But I guess it is in human's nature to yearn for what one didn't have, so I'd have answered it is any concert from the Rumours-Tusk years, shows that I would never have been able to attend since I was just a boy. Therefore, although there are clips of some live songs, these tours have an air of mystery to be discovered for me (which excludes Mirage since there was a commercial video of almost an entire show, plus the 70s FM era was king of magical, or so I feel).

The Scale... I'd understand scale as overall magnitude or bigness of something. And yes watching the Marching Band performing Tusk (and DS) with the band was great. But if I hear "scale", I immediately recall the Tusk tour.

I loved The Dance video and the concert I went to (NYC nov. 97), but I don't think the best Fleetwood Mac concert was in 1997. And Google answer is mostly based in two songs, SS and Tusk. Not enough to justify it.

I hope they never apply AI to trials and sentences.

Do I agree? No

But its the consensus of many fans. I loved the reunion and loved hearing the band back together but I was missing the arena rock sound. Stand Back, background singers, and backing musicians was a different era of sound. Chris was not that much into it. Stevie's voice was flat too.
Give me Rumours, Tusk or Mirage tours ! Everyone high as a kite. Drama. Ray Lindsey was the only stage addition and he barely came on stage. And that loud rock sound.

Fleetwood Mac is a 70s band. They needed to be wasted on stage for that additional concert energy. Chris said herself that she played better drinking a bottle of champagne every night and doing blow off bottle caps through the show. Need I say more? I was listening to a live version of Future Games from 1972 the other day. Bob was so wasted explaining to the audience how Future Games was written. They were all sitting around one day getting wasted. He said the song was written way up high in the mountains in his mind. Then Chris laughs. Its rather cute

Tusk was my first one. I wasn't old enough to drive, so my older cousin had to take me. And I was really sick(not the flu, but a REALLY bad cold), and my mom told me I was too sick to go. I was THOROUGHLY in love with FM, and told her that I'd never forgive her, FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE, if she didn't let me go.
We had meh seats, but it was still fukcing awesome.

That was my first introduction to Oh Well....

I still have my Tusk tour book, although my flood 5 years ago ruined it(glued it together). I still can't bear to throw it away.
