Slow Dancing video in HD

Lindsey's YouTube channel has just posted the video for Slow Dancing in HD. It's certainly the best quality I've seen:

It's very much of its time, directed in the UK (like the Go Insane video too) by Daniel Kleinman; it reminds me of the video for Moonlight Shadow by Mike Oldfield, and, of course, the video for Everywhere.

Neat video. I barely remember it. But that song, how great is that song? Didn’t he do that song live about ten years ago?

What a strange video. I enjoyed it, though.

It's pretty odd, isn't it? I'm not sure he ever really suited the 'romantic hero' role, he's just too awkward and peculiar.

But what a song! It's full of that jittery weirdness that made me fall in love with his music in the first place.

It's weird, when I was young, I never really thought of him as being THAT good looking. But looking back now, he really was a handsome guy. But like you said, he's just too awkward to really play the hero role.

Yes indeed he did. Decent version too (although perhaps a few tracks at work here and there...):

For years I was convinced he was playing the 'highwayman' character in the Everywhere video, but probably because I was desperate to believe that he hadn't really left the band!

It’s one of my favorite Lindsey Buckingham solo tracks and always loved the video. If it was a Fleetwood Mac track he would have been Slow Dancing with a Stevie ghost.

He did it on his 2018 tour. It was great and one of the highlights of the concert.
I think it should have been the lead single instead of Go Insane.

When he did this song live in 2018, I thought he was about to cover Abra Abra Cadabra. D'oh!
