I don't think that looks like her hair.

I vote no. can't tell you exactly why, but after nearly 40 years of looking at pictures of her, this just doesn't feel like it's her. especially since she STILL talks about how uncomfortable she was about shooting the BN cover.

Whoever it is was probably trying to look like Stevie, though.

I vote absolutely not. While I do realize that Stevie took the Buckingham Nicks album cover photo without a shirt on, I believe it was only because she was pressured by the photographer and Lindsey. I do not believe she would have walked around or posed for another photo without a shirt. In addition, that absolutely does not look like her hair.

Or perhaps one of a million women whose style was just like that in the late sixties/early seventies. Stevie didn't own that look.

Agreed. That is the first thing that came to mind when I saw this picture. I seriously doubt that Stevie would be posing for this picture for a photo shoot if she was uncomfortable with the Buckingham Nicks cover as she's said she was all these years.

I agree that the hair doesn't look like Stevie's and I'm gathering this girl is relatively young. If this was Stevie at the age this girl strikes me to be from this picture (around Stevie's age during the BN years) I personally find her figure to be a little off as well. Stevie was exceptionally thin in those days. I remember reading an interview where she said her father was worried about her because she was losing weight she couldn't afford to lose. This girl doesn't look as thin to me as Stevie did at such a young age.

I actually get the feeling from this picture that it is a modern photograph. With a hat covering the models face, she could easily be passed off as anyone from the 60's/70's. I could easily be wrong but I don't think this is some lost Stevie Nicks photo shoot at all.

Not a snow balls chance in hell. Even the concept of bare for artsy sake would be first give away, and secondly it's too modern trendy looking retro imo.
Lastly, this seller is endlessly trolling internet for photos to put up for sale as originals. Some time back they had the new pics of SN & Dave Grohl as "their" originals and there was no way in hell. I sent Relix the link being as they were photographed FOR that piece.
Lovely photo of a female, but not Nicks.

Her hair kind of looks a bit dread-locked.

I doubt that the picture was taken in the late sixties or early seventies, despite the retro look.

I hardly think Stevie "owned" the look, since even Christine used to dress like that in the early years.

No way. The only time stevie ever took her shirt off for a camera was the BN shoot.

Beside, Stevie has a much nicer ass than that lady. Definitely not Stevie's figure at all.

I saw this photo on tumblr listed as Stevie, but I would say its absolutely not her. The photo looks like a modern take on a hippy chick.
