Default Gypsy Beggar - RAL or maybe demoed for Fleetwood Mac?

I think the general consensus among fans is that Gypsy Beggar is a Rock A Little demo, but giving it a fresh listen today, I wonder if she was playing it for Fleetwood Mac?

It's recorded live, and at the end Stevie asks "Is this interesting at all? Can you run it back and just play a little bit of that for me?"

Stevie had mentioned in the past that she would let the other members of Fleetwood Mac choose which of her songs went on their albums, and it struck me that this could be one of those moments.

Regardless, I hope that Stevie provides liner notes about each song on 24 Karat Gold, to tell a little bit about when she wrote it, and what the original inspiration or intention was for the song.

Yes! I was so surprised and pleased when she did this for the songs on Crystal Visions.

Could be. But I'd be willing to bet that at that time she had a similar process when working with her solo band/producers. She did rely quite heavily on their musical "vision" as she did with FM.

I guess we really have no way of knowing, which is kinda part of the magic for me.
