Love Changes has always been a throwaway song for me. Don't love it, don't hate it. Soldier's Angel means so much more.

Love Changes gets my vote.
I know Stevie wanted Soldier's Angel to be meaningful, but she ended up writing a song about herself. I just find the whole song kind of tacky.

I think Love Changes is one of those songs that had potential, but didn't quite turn out right..and oddly enough for me, I do like the weird production on Love Changes. I put Love Changes in the category of Silver Girl and Not Make Believe...as a super fan you can find good parts in the songs and enjoy her quirkiness/Stevie-ness..but then some parts you can't help but cringe..
I think Soldier's Angel is a great song...yes a little unintentionally narcissistic, but in an innocent way. I think she should spent a little more time with the vocals...I understand it wasn't meant to be "pretty" but some of it is a little too rough. Overall though, due to meaning/lyrics and the Lindsey factor..SA wins!
