Default I just bought Sound City DVD and CD

I just got done watching the blue ray DVD and found it to be very interesting. Stevie is featured early on, and she looks and sounds fantastic. She is the only female artist among a bunch of men! Though there isn't a full performance of her song , there are some great clips of her recording the song. I love that at one point the sound engineer exclaims excitingly "that girl can sing!" That brought a big smile to my face.

As someone else here noted, there is almost no na sally tone to her voice. They show some early pictures of Stevie and Lindsey -- photos I don't think we've ever seen before. And, we find out that "Crying in the Night" was the first song ever recorded at the studio. There is also a short clip of Lindsey. Her song "You Can't Fix This" is really starting to grow on me. It's one of those kind of songs that doesn't hit you right away. You have to give it some time.

I hate that I can't correct my misspelling in the title of this thread. I meant it to read "just" and not "jusr." I can't fix this!

Karma.

Remember that discussion we had about bad spellers? I've recently learned that I don't know how to spell a lot of words when my computer underlines so many mistakes.

I loved YCFT from the second I heard the music start. Sometimes her songs have to grow on me but this was an instant win.

It looks okay now!
