Stevie X-Mas Interview 1994

[mikebise]

Does anyone have this to post?

It's Mary Turner Off The Record. Stevie talks about being on the plane with Don Was, who tells her to NOT listen to the record companies and just write her own songs (I assume this was when the recorded "SomeBody Stand By Me" and "Lay Down Your Arms" in Late 1994).

Stevie also talks about Street Angel and how all the songs were old to her.

I think maybe she talks about Smashing Pumpkins' remake of "Landslide", which was HUGE at Holiday 1994.

Anyone?
