Default Adelaide concert last night

Anyone else do this show? Security was quite tight and noone was standing at the frint until Edge of 17. They seemed to ket almost anyone through after that. The front riw skewed older ( 50s+) and they were happy to sit it out for the most part.

Concert was wonderful of course. It was the first indoor venue of this tour, so Stevie wore her real dresses, not the outdoor body suit! I have a few bits to share when I get home

i was there. STANDING amongst those OLD sit down farts in the 1st 2 rows
bloody hell. y go to a concert if you're going to sit.
had to contend with 2 drunken yobbos beside me who would not STFU allllllllll night omg i wanted to smash them

Security were @ssholes. Stevie's last concert here was AWESOME. you could film, take pics, be at the stage all night. this SUCKED in comparison. Security asshole#1 says SHE tells them when she wants people up at the stage.....um really? I call bullsh!t if it's a Stevie thing fine. But at least have some consistency between venues. 1/2 the reason people GET in the first few rows is to get TO the stage. well i was there to take pics ... but no pics GRRRRRRRRRRR. I got some and got told off i'm like blah blah blah every1 else is taking pics. I didn't use a flash at least

Stevie came out first in her RED Unleashed dress ... she must love Adelaide she always brings out the RED gear for us. Then her black Rhiannon outfit and her white EDGE dress yeeeeeeeeeeeeeah she looked AMAZING.

personally i think she sounded better last night than in Melbourne
Secret Love ... which I'm going to use a a reference point is close to being flawless. It's getting better and better and is already a bajillion times better than that XFactor crap. Moonlight was so damn sexy. Not sure what was going on with that song last night but woah! intense.

crap audience for the most part. AWESOME Stevie performance. and she chose to grab my hand out of the sea of waiting hands for her so i was VERY VERY happy

I think there is a chance that Mama has cracked it over all the cameras flashing in her face, constantly. I have noticed some people close-up, trying to film all the time. They take no notice of the request not to. I don't like taking pics because I take in the musical experience and being near Stevie, but I understand people want to capture some memories.

I was at both Melbourne concerts and have not quite worked out whether security are telling the truth or not about Stevie's request to have no one at the stage, but there is a chance she might be cranky about this. (I should mention, at Mornington we were at the stage as you will have seen. Security sent us away initially telling us she had said no, but then people ended up being there, maybe they lost control?)

Any thoughts? Sorry if this turns the Adelaide thread into something else but it is an issue for us on this tour, proven by this first indoor gig, so not totally irrelevant. I'm doing my third and final concert in Canberra and will be devastated if no one can go to the stage until EO17. "This is serious."

idk i would like to know if it is a Stevie thing/event thing
she was smiling directly at me in Melb when I was taking her pic
I was the only one in my row standing
if she gave me daggers well i would have stopped
EVERYONE had a camera/phone out in Melb

going up to the stage ... idk about that either. old farts will still be in their seats. i think you should have a bunch of "floor" tickets for X amount of people or like trade in your reserved seat at the door for a floor ticket. everyone else gets roped off and has to stay in the row/seat

Lori even posted a yt vid of Stevie's Fillmore show on her Fb ... i mean if THEY aren't filming it, at least let the audience, so something can be preserved. that's why I take pics. Just so i have them and can try and remember the night in 10 years time.

i dont think it makes any difference the fact that it was an indoor event. our stage iis massively high. it's not like we can climb onto it and maul her lol

Missing Persons, Destination Unknown Awesome tune.couple other versions

song starts around 3.39

I like Fergie .But the Pea's can stay home.I would like to see Fergie drop the Pea's and go solo.

I see security was tight down under. Here in the states some were like Drill Sergeants and escort back to your seats. As for camera's I can't blame her about flash photography.1,000 of flash bulbs at once is annoying to the eyes. nevermind a safety hazzard to her. People should turn the flash off.But I dont know what is the gripe about harmless video taking.Maybe anti-You Tube .

Holy Moly! I was trying to work out what that song was. This song means so much for me now. I remember when it came on and I saw Jimmy and Waddy come onto the stage, followed by a sea of fans trying to get a spot at the front. This song now stands for rebel, and how I ditched my seat in Row W and made it straight to Row A, defying security!
