Musical legend Stevie Nicks joined Richard for a chat, ahead of her shows in Melbourne. She is back on the road touring with Dave Stewart of Eurythmics fame. Citing the past two years as the happiest of her life she chatted to Richard about what songwriting is like for her now, and why 'Glee' has propelled her into the spotlight once again - not that she ever really left!

Thanks for posting this. This guy is kind of rude, interrupting her so much.

But, I agree, do the Wilten set, Stevie.

^ Thank you for posting this. Hm. I don't think the interviewer was rude--it's just Miss Stevie was rambling!

(No doubt he had time constraints, had to fit in other things (commercials maybe?) during his show.) It's great that he had her on--it's good PR for her and it gets the word out about the new album and tour. World Wide Tour. In the words of Don Henley, she's "Workin' It."

Every notice in every interview she always says "If I wasn't a singer I'd be ____" and it's always something completely different? According to her, she'd have been a journalist, radio announcer, and a bunch of others things I can't think of right this moment.

Another interview from ABC Brisbane

Drive with Kelly Higgins-Devine

She's one of the most evocative singers around and an exceptional songwriter in her own right.

The unique style and sound of Stevie Nicks has seen her forge a successful career across five decades, and her work with Fleetwood Mac, especially on the album Rumours, and then on her many solo albums including Bella Donna, has given her a unique place in the music pantheon.

Great interview, so we will hear 6 or 7 songs with Dave S from IYD's, so how many songs does she usually perform in concert?? Can anyone guess what the setlist will be?
