Default Lindsey @ Midland Theatre

Is anyone going to the show at The Midland in Newark (Ohio)?

I looked at StubHub and eBay and no one has a ticket for sale - according to their seating chart the "gold circle" and "a" sections are sold out but tix are still available in sections b and all balcony. Guess this one isn't in high demand?

I have a ticket in row c but I don't much feel like making the drive on a week night. Perhaps underwhelming ticket sales will create a more intimate feel? Has anyone been to a show that was not well attended or in a smaller city? I think it's a weird location. It's just...Newark...is such a crap hole. No offense to any Newarkians, but really.

Default Selling ticket

Yeah, sadly I can't take work off the next day and I don't have a babysitter available that night regardless. I was really excited to see the date added and bought the ticket before really thinking the whole thing through. I went to the Pitt show and I'm going to the Cleveland show so

I'm going to try to sell this ticket if anyone wants it, PM me.

And in the “now-that-you-mention-it” category, Lindsey Buckingham plays the Midland Theatre in Newark Wednesday, Nov. 9.

Buckingham is an underappreciated rock genius. However, he’s also a bit nutty (as rock geniuses are wont to be), and thus often does his best work in a group setting. For example, Fleetwood Mac. Nonetheless, Buckingham is not without solo success — witness Go Insane and, of course, Holiday Road — and has a new record out, Seeds We Sow.

Tickets are $56/ $42/$32. Visit www.midlandtheatre.org.

Anyone go to this show? I gave my ticket to a guy through Craigslist. I told him to email me but he doesn't seem like much of a talker. He just sent me an email saying the show was great and a crazy guy ran up to the stage and threw a bunch of money at LB?

I was there last week and it was a great show. I even got to see him get into his car behind the theater after the show. I didn't get a chance to talk to him or anything but was I just a few feet away from him as he got in the back of the car, which was great. The show and the experience was really amazing!!!!!
