This is random but... I think Counting Crows should cover My Heart!

[Dodfather]

I was listening to My Heart (In Your Dreams version) the other day and out of nowhere I suddenly imagined how it would sound if Counting Crows, one of my all-time favourite bands, had a go at covering it.

Bear with me.. They always do interesting things with the tunes they cover and I just think the melody would work really, really well with their style and some of their instrumentation. Not to mention that Adam Duritz could do a killer vocal on it! I could hear him doing some crazy vocal runs towards the end with "My heart still criiiesss... my eyes still cloooooseee..."

Am I crazy or could it totally work??

I actually think that Tom Petty and SN should sing it as a duet.
