I have to say that it's been a long time since I could say that the ending of a song gives me goosebumps. (Maybe that's because it's been so long between albums
) But the endings to Moonlight and Italian Summer just grab me and give me chill s Do you all feel the same? |

her voice at the end of both of those songs is stellar. I love the endings to New Orleans and You May Be the One too, soo glad everything doesn't fade out

I love the ending to Wide Sargasso Sea - so dramatic.

I could be in the minority here, but I LOVE the ending to "Secret Love". Like someone slamming a book shut. Secret Love DEAD, OVER, DONE...end of story.

Now, even when I just listen to the CD, I see her disappear like that in my head and it really works and I think not of love dying really, but of the person ceasing to exist, with the love still unexposed and unfulfilled in their heart. Michele |

It's actually a very well written song. The same build-up happens partway through the song, and it's repeated at the end.

I was just talking about this with my husband as I forced him to listen to the CD in its entirety on our date night!
![]() Moonlight, Annabel Lee, and Wide Sargasso Sea are the ones that stand out for me. Amazing- all of the songs on the CD sound so full and rich. |

Yes, "Annabel Lee," "Wide Sargasso Sea," and "Moonlight," all have terrific endings. The last note of "Annabel Lee," has a gospel sound to it, which I think works well within the context. I also love the last "for what it's worth" and "we were magic." F*ck, I just love the whole album.

"Everybody Loves You" and "For What It's Worth" keep increasing in my estimation as well (though I have loved them from the start). |

I love the ending to "Moonlight". I just wish she threw in some layered vocals of her belting from a distance in the last few bars & it would be perfect. But the higher note at the very end is pretty great.
