According to the web, at least 1500 people have to mention a person in their tweet, for it to "trend". So, good job Stevie!

This makes me ridiculously happy, haha.

However...

Through reading the "Stevie Nicks"trending tweets.. I have now been informed that Miley Cyrus is gonna cover Landslide on her upcoming ( and ironically titled) Gypsy Heart Tour...hfklajkg

This doesn't surprise me, but I am not too worried. Now if you told me Ms. Swift was going to do it, I'd run and hide! But Miley sounded pretty good with Joan.

I'm actually a Miley fan, I just get scared when she covers stuff because she can either sound very good or very bad live and I find her a bit awkward on stage - like she's trying to hard or something - to be completely honest. But it's not like Landslide requires any grand showmanship, just some emotion.. so if she can muster up some of that she should be okay. Her voice does have a slight hint of Stevie-ness about it anyway, so I guess it was only a matter of time.

And like MusicMan08 says... we can just pretend it never happened!

EDIT:

Here's the video confirming it. Miley also talks about loving Stevie and FM etc, etc.

Holy sh*t! I've been dying for Stevie to trend on twitter. That's great news although it's obviously due to Oprah. My dream is that she'd trend around the time the album comes out.
