Brand New Recorded Song With Band- Check it Out!! :) "What Love Is"

[Musicman408]

Hey all,

Invited a guy over to run through some vocals, and we made a scratch recording of a song called "What Love Is". We have it posted on Youtube and our Myspace. We haven't tweaked the levels or mixed it or added any guitar, but we wanted to share, because it's a unique little thing.

I think it's the last song on the playlist. We'd love to get your comments!

Much Love,
Ethan

HOPE YOU ENJOY!!!

Thank you so much. When I wrote this song I thought it would turn out to be some dinky little thing with contrite lyrics, but Daniel really brought it to life, so I am excited!!

Unfortunately this song wasn't written specifically about a single person, so I can't show them what they did to me!

Anyone else get a chance to check this out?

yeah. and SongTron2000 sounds even less human than my GPS. wtf?

[Annabell Lee]

Beautiful, thank you for sharing your music with us !! You're very talented !!

It's not really my kind of vibe, but I have to say, I can't get past the vocoder. If the guy can sing, take that thing off his voice. If he can't sing and it's there to disguise that fact, just get someone else.

I'm not really enjoying the vocoder.

On the final version, once we add guitar, there won't be autotune. The reason why it's there now is because without the rest of the instruments, the autotune vocal kind of adds another dimension to it, but the final version will be straight.

Thanks for checking it out all!!

Here is the un autotuned version!! Let us know what you think!!
