Is this eBay auction legit? Stevie Nicks - Rock a Little work-tapes

I can't get to eBay at work. Does the auction list the contents of the tape? I know that the lengthy songwriting sessions for the song "Rock a Little" are in circulation (high quality too). I would be intrigued if there are work tapes from other songs too. Heck, I'd even chip in!

This is the description that's listed:

ROCK A LITTLE:
This appears to be the work tapes that were used to produce "Rock A Little" released Nov. 1985
There is at least one work tape of every song on the "Rock A Little" album
One work tape of Talk To Me - says: "In My Living Room (chas)" ???
Plus 2 work tapes of "Tied Up"
One says: Jimmy, Come On Back - orig track / Tied Up (w/obj)
Two says: Tied Up - She Loves Him Still
Two tapes dated after the album release:
One: 2-4-86 tape of I Can't Wait
Two: 2-6-86 tape of Nightmare #6
Three (3) SPECIAL sealed tapes of "Rock A Little" -
Says: "LENT FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY"

TIMESPACE:
The finished MASTER of "TimeSpace" dated 6-4-91 released Sept. 1991
Photo #8 is the front and photo #9 is the back of this tape
Note that the songs are in the exact order of the released tape

PLUS:
A tape marked Demo's, (photo #10)
a tape marked "Battle of the Dragon's" (photo #11)
and a tape marked "Belladonna" (photo #12)

HISTORY:
These tapes were found in a cassette case marked Mark Paladino assumed to be in the photo
There is little doubt that these are the "REAL THING" - I am cleaning up the warehouse
of a seller that purchases storage lockers that are up for auction. I have been told that they
previously sold a lot of Stevie Nicks memorabilia - these must have been overlooked
they did not see the value in them - I have spent about 6 hours just researching these tapes.
The little yellow tag's on the #3 photo are mine. You get it all - including my notes.

^^These look interesting! Shall we take up a collection plate? Does anyone recognize the id of the high bidder? We really can't allow these tapes to end up in the wrong hands, i.e., someone who will try to make money off of them or hoard them away from the rest of the world. Buddah knows there are plenty of greedy/evil Stevie fans out there who don't share.

You Change Sides
Strange Misgiving
Why Are We Doing This Again
Not a Matter of the Heart

There are multiples of demos we've heard such as Tied Up, Chanel, She Loves Him, etc.

Some tapes are "Bernie Grundman Mastering studio"

I'm bidding and setting a snipper thing, since I lost the Heart & Soul tour itinerary book yesterday by one buck. Auction has one bid and it ends in few hours. Seller has great rating and welcomes contact.

If I win the auction, I'll go a step further and have one my producer/dj friends "help" with the transfer.

There is one other bidder for the auction which ends in 3 & 1/2 hours. That person is using a sniper program that will automatically outbid me, so I'm waiting until the final 10 minutes of the auction as not to drive the price way up and then one of my friends will bid and I will bid, using snipers, so our chances improve.
