Not "Cecelia" specifically, but on a 1980 performance of "Sisters Of The Moon", Stevie sang after the last verse, shrieking over the guitar solo:

"Where have the white birds flown?
Have they flown so very far?
No, they're just asleep!
There!"

Which are, of course, lyrics from "Cecelia".

Not sure which concert it's from, but it's fantastic! Stevie is SO wild!!!

Wild is a good description for this show, the entire show is fantastic!

Rotterdam, Netherlands in 1980 on the Tusk Tour:

You can download the song here:
http://www.mediafire.com/?k59sh2f95n22lxw

Beginning at about 5:05:

It sounds like she says, first,

"Where have the white birds flown?
Have they flown so very far?
No they're just away,
Go away!"

then she repeats

"Where have the white birds flown?
Have they flown so very far?

No they're just asleep"

***As an afterthought, this puts a very interesting twist on the meaning of these songs since Stevie has tied them together in this way. Very thought-provoking.

Damn, I just figured out that you did a badass remaster of the very same live version, which you posted in the Halloween thread. Lol.

Forgive me, it's been a long Monday

Since we're talking Cecilia, can someone post the best version of Cecilia that's out there? I have one version but I don't know if it's the only one or what. Thanks.
