You've opened up a can of worms here my friend...

She takes to the skies like a bird in flight on a broom with her white-winged dove sprinkling fairy dust everywhere singing at the top of her lungs in vibrato "I don't want to be a cleaning lady any more!". I have a few more ideas but I'll post later.

In an interview in 1989, she said she liked to draw, make blankets, and re-arrange her furniture. Maybe she has other hobbies? I wonder if she still hand-tints photos or paints or draws? Or, if her arthritis keeps her from doing those things.

I'm guessing that she watches a lot of TV, everything from Ellen to soap operas to Housewives of O.C. to Hack to whatever.

I bet she also enjoys buying little appliances at Crate & Barrel.

She uses Karen's laptop to visit sites like The Ledge and laughs herself sick at how much time we spend talking about her.

Well it hasn't been confirmed that Mama has arthritis.

They say she's lazy but it takes all her time -
Life's been good to her, so far! . . . .

Actually I've wondered about this too. I think she literally perceives time differently than most people; and she's become "entrenched" in that. For example she said in the "Destiny Rules" doc. that she had been "writing like a MANIAC in January" but c'mon - let's get real here, she had something like 5 songs on the album and almost all of those were re-cycled demos from the seventies that she had yanked out of her filing cabinet. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's "lots of work." But really - if this were a "normal job" and she was expected to be working 40 hours a week - - or 50 or even 70 like most Americans are - and she had handed that in to a boss - the boss's reaction would be, ".....Stevie . . . What have you been DOING with your TIME!?" Like I said, don't get me wrong, I'm sure she's worked VERY hard at times, to get where she is today. But it honestly does seem to me that her current perception of "hard work" is way, way off compared to that of most people, and that it's been that way for a long time.

"Rhiannon Project?" nope.

Coffee Table Book? Nope.

Goldfish and the Ladybug cartoon? Nope.

Autobiography? Nope.

Movie about her life? NnnnnnOPE!

But then again, she recently attended an autograph signing in New York City at a bookstore, which she had NO real reason to do except maybe for kicks and giggles - and maybe, mostly, because she knew her fans would love it. And she makes all those trips to visit the wounded soldiers, gives thousands of dollars to disaster victims, creates heart research institutes, etc. So hey, more power to her. Even if she doesn't yet want to call it "semi-retirement." Hey, how's Donald Trump's real estate program working out lately? Has he made another billion? Think he's at the office right this second "focusing" on his day job, like he said in his book he would ALWAYS remember to do after almost losing it all? . . . .

I picture her days being a "take it as the moment comes" type thing. I feel sure she's not spending her days reading her new I-Pad manual..lol!

The only things about Stevie that are timeless are her music and her face!

By the way - remember Stevie's comments about how when she was a "cleaning lady" she worked SO hard? And scrubbed EVERY little thing spic-and-span?

I once saw an interview of the person whose house she cleaned. Same general idea as I mentioned above - he said that the reality, in general, was "somewhat different."
(He felt that she didn't work very hard and didn't do a good job.)
Again (i.m.o.), a difference between her perception of how much effort she makes and the time put in, and what others have seen.

Then again, look at the Results - over time. Certainly can't argue with that.
It's just frustrating sometimes because you just KNOW that at least part of her
still wants to write "The Big One."

I'm sure she sits around releasing glittery fairy dust from her various orifices in sudden bursts while pining endlessly for Lindsey Buckingham.

She's worth a lot of money, and she seems to take good care of her money (not like Mick) so she probably spends a few hours a day checking up on her investments, keeping up with her royalties, etc. ...tending to her garden, if you wish.

A long time ago, she said she sorta lives like a vampire. She stays up at night, and sleeps a lot during the day. She is a nightowl and I think that is cool. Night is peaceful and I think she likes that.
