Default Robert Martin's two kinds of love

I was looking for some Robert Martin (the guy saving Two kinds of love on TOSOTM concerts) music and I found this:

Well, I couldn't find his CD, but now I know I can "look great naked at any age"...

Is that the same guy?!
He might think he looks amazing, but I don't think 61 year old men are supposed to look like that, eww!
(brings back memories of a scary documentary I once saw on elderly bodybuilders)

Yes, the same guy: " ...I studied classical music with some of the greatest performers and conductors in the world. Then I put that training to use while touring the world as a multi-instrumentalist and singer with pop icons including Etta James on tour with The Rolling Stones, Frank Zappa, Stevie Nicks..."

They're not "supposed" to because they typically don't! Personally, I wouldn't mind looking like that at my age - 40 (minus 2 months...gulp!).

He's also flexing and a bit oiled up. This makes you look more rippped and muscular.

I didn't read the whole site but I wonder if he was always in shape? Did he partake in any of the partying that went on, say in the RAL band???

Um... I don't quite understand all of the hate. I think he looks great for his age and he has a right to be proud and should not be ashamed to go around without a shirt. That being said, there is nothing novel about the basic message on his website: exercise and eat several small meals per day. But there are also some dubious claims that do not seem to be well validated, or may actually be perilous to ones health. Sure, these so-called "principles" appear to be working for him, but that doesn't make him a be-all/end-all expert on everything. I know what works for me, and I think I'm doing pretty well for my age. But I would never be deluded enough to believe that it will work for everybody.
