Default What is your favorite color for a car?

Red. I love seeing a red car. It always gets my attention. I also love the metallic colors, in any color actually. I also love cars with fiery designs on them. But it's the red cars that stand out the most. I was lucky enough to own a red Jetta for two years. Plus I had a silver car at the same time that no one noticed me in, while I was driving. One time in Phoenix I saw a major hottie at a bus stop so I drove around the block and "pretended" to just be driving down the road. The horn didn't work on that car so I simply stopped and waited for him to notice. When he did I pointed at him and motioned for him to come over to the car. He put his hand on his chest and mouthed the word, "me?" I nodded, after all he was the only one at the bus stop! He came over to my red bull and hopped in and I gave him a ride and that was how Richard Gonzalez became my boyfriend for the summer of 2005.

For me, it depends on the car- honestly. For more sporty cars, red is a great color. We used to have a Red Porsche Boxter, and now have a red Mercedes CLK320 convertible.

That being said, my car is technically called "Champagne"- which is a light tan-ish, cream color, and for that car (a Saab 9-2x) it looks perfect. Looks better than that car in a red.

Black always looks sexy on any car though, too!

I'm partial to gold/tan...and also white.
my first two vehicles were white. and the car I have now is gold-ish colored.
both are great because they don't really show dirt.

Black. I had a spiffy black Saturn until I was rear ended a few years ago and the car was totalled. I was fine and that's all that matters. I got a used silver Honda which has served me well but it's kinda boring. I see the same car on the road everywhere I go. I often have trouble finding my car in large parking lots 'cause there are so many silver Hondas all over the place!

I have always liked silver cars. Or black.

Smile Blue

My last three cars have been some shade of blue. Blue is my favorite color.

My current favorite seems to be charcoal grey. It's classy, luxurious, really brings out a car's lines, but isn't formal like black. The color looks good on everything from sports cars to luxury and even economy cars.

However, I pretty much think all convertibles should be red though. I actually prefer non-metallic plain old bright red .

My DeLoreans were both unpainted Stainless Steel, and I'd have them no other way!

I actually like tan for both interior and exterior. I'm not a terribly exciting person and I really HATE to stand out. I much prefer to stay in the background and tan is a color that fits nicely with my lifestyle.
