When Will We Love Again?

[cbBen]

Hello Ledgies:

I'm looking for the best available recording of this song. The one I have is not too good at all, and I heard another one online that is better (couldn't downlo0ad it unfortunately). Can anyone help? I'm making a Best Of Stevie compilation and this song is a must (right?).

Also does anyone know whether she is performing it live at a pool hall, or just recording a demo in the same room as some pool players?

And did Stevie publish the song under this title? To me it makes far more sense to call it "When Shall We Love?" Stevie never sings "will we love" or "shall we love again," and the song seems clearly to be about anticipating a first encounter. So unless it's specifically published otherwise I think a change of title is in definite order.

Thanks!

And are we sure it's really Stevie on this recording, particularly given how easily bad info on her so-called Fritz demos has circulated?

Fleetwoodtrick's post of the following link in the Rumours forum provided a much better quality recording of the song than what I had previously:

Thanks fleetwoodtrick!

I encourage everyone to check out this amazing song. One of Stevie's best, I think.
