Default Do you listen to Stevie or Mac when you do sports?

Hi everybody,
since I got the ok from my doctors to do sports again I've started again on April 10th this year with my crosstrainer, workouts and Pilates. I've lost 24 pounds since then. Well, I've noticed it's much easier for me to do sports when using my MP3 player with Stevie or Mac songs. Currently it's the Tusk album and it just rocks. Any of you who are listening to Stevie and Mac too when doing sports??

When I go running, I have a mixed playlist that includes songs like "The Chain", "Fall From Grace", "Go Your Own Way", "Tusk"... the list goes on. When I'm riding a horse and not doing anything serious (aka no jumping or I'm not in a lesson), I listen to basically anything-- and FM and Stevie are typically on the top of my list.

Well, I recently got the iTouch, so I use my 8GB Nano for ALLLLL of my Mac stuff. And it's about 95% full. Haha, so I usually just make a playlist of the reallyyyy 80s stuff to run to, like RAL era stuff. Either that or a very heartfelt, angry live show, depending on how I feel that day. Keeps me running!

I went out running before and had a lot of Stevie/Mac songs on, like the remix I posted here of Smile at you, and Stand Back live soundstage, edge of 17, enchanted, fall from grace, etc...!!

I'm a triathlete and I always listen to FM and Stevie when I run and ride indoors on my bike trainer. I like to just shuffle artists on my IPod--it's great to not know what's next. Stevie has gotten me through a very tough year of training.

Funny that this thread had new posts when I got back from the gym. I just did 45 mins of cardio and 20 mins of weights. Here is what my workout playlist consists of....it's random as all get out:

"Best I Ever Had"--Drake
"I Can't Wait" Stevie
"Turn My Swag On" Soulja Boy
"Edge of Seventeen (the reggae outtake one)"--Stevie
"The Ledge" FM
"Stand Back (from soundstage)" Stevie
"Make Love in this Club" Usher
"The Chain (the one with the screaming solo from Mirage tour)"--FM
"Swagga Like Us" Kanye West
"Rhiannon (live Mobile 1980)" FM
"If I Were You" Stevie
"Enchanted (KFOG broadcast)" Stevie
"Kick It" Stevie
"Fall From Grace" Stevie

I know, I KNOW, it's random. It's mostly Stevie stuff, but I love my rap music too! haha.

Well I don't quite "work out" but playing the Wii Sports.. haha I love listening to some jammin' Stevie/FM. I just got an iphone too and it's way over 1/2 filled with my Stevie/FM songs so I just turn it on to the faster ones and kick some butt. Hehe Some examples are "Stand Back", "Fall From Grace", "Edge of 17", "SOTM", "GYOW" & "The Chian"

Lily,

Here is The Chain (screaming solo)--

http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=4...db6fb9a8902bda

It's from the Mirage video, I think, where Stevie has some pretty intense wails and Lindsey has a lil screaming part too. It's my fav Chain!

Viv,

You be liking yo rap too? haha. I love it!

What could be better if Stevie collaborated with Gorilla Zoe and Lil Wayne, or Timbaland and Plies? I would love to hear something scandalous with Stevie and Plies, lol.
