I've been to the boston show and heard and saw several other boots from this tour and
i'm kinda surprized that storms don't get much of a reaction. I know it's a quiet slow song but everyone that knows and loves this song knows what it means to hear live. Before the tour went off i honestly thought when stevie hit the first line of the song the crowd would go insane. I must say that dispite the lack of crowd reaction..it's pretty cool to hear live. |

My guess is that the majority of the venue isn't familiar with it.

I'm not crazy about this song live...
I love the studio version... LB's gentle electric intervals, Christine's floating keyboards, the whisper backing vocals, the subtle crescendos and diminuendos.... Honey Hi has the same sort of presence for me..... But this all gets lost hearing Stevie try to squeal through it on the current tour....

Every tour, I keep hoping her vocal "coach" will fall out of the airplane.
