Default Hey Everyone, I'm new here :)

Hey Everyone!

I'm Brian and have recently become a big fan of Stevie Nicks & Fleetwood Mac. I'm 22 and have been familiar with them since "The Dance". Remember when VH1 used to be about music and show concerts and music specials? I remember catching it along with "Behind The Music" and liking them. "Silver Springs" was one of my favorite songs.

When "Crystal Visions" came out, I brought it...mainly for "Stand Back" & "Edge of Seventeen"...I listened to the whole album and picked my favorites. When I was at the airport back in February going to WV to see a friend, I picked up a copy of Rolling Stone (Taylor Swift on the cover) and read the Stevie Nicks article in it. Read Fleetwood Mac was heading on tour and though "oh cool".

Then about 2 weeks ago my friend and I were out and at Best Buy I saw the "Stevie Nicks Live In Chicago" DVD...I knew a handful of songs so I got it and the minute I put it in and Stevie comes out and starts into "Stand Back", I was like "I wanna see her live!" LOL. So I watched the show and knew a lot more songs than I realized and became an instant fan. I hopped online afterwards and looked to see if Fleetwood Mac was coming to Philly and sure enough, they were...3 days later. By dumb luck, I had off work that night and I brought a "cheap" lower level ticket and went.

The show was fantastic and I realized I knew a lot more songs than I realized. I had a great time. It was like one big singalong, lol. Stevie rocking out on "Stand Back" was one of my highlights, lol...love the intro to that song, especially on this tour. I'm hoping to catch them in Atlantic City in June.
I'm now and forever will be a big Fleetwood Mac fan.

TTYL,
Brian

WELCOME!! look out all u new teen newbie ledge members, the Twentysomethings are takin over!

So glad u have discovered The Amazing Fleetwood Mac and the Enchanting Mrs. Stevie Nicks. I have talked to a good amount of people lately that have gotten into the mac since the Dance, luckily, there has been alot to chew on since then, and they are still going strong. So glad u got to see a live show. Perfect timing indeed. Cosmic.

Welcome to the Ledge! I also got hooked first with The Dance - and then seriously got pulled in when I found the Crystal Visions release in store, recognized Stevie as the girl in Fleetwood Mac. I heard Edge of Seventeen (the first track on that CD), with Stevie's voice in full power, and can't get enough ever since!

I love it when new fans are just so awestruck with the Mac! I remember that feeling! I swear I do.

I was 9 when I heard Stevie sing Rhiannon for the first time, and I was in love. I never knew who it was until I was about 16, and found the green Greatest Hits album, and I've been in love since.

I'm not as into them as I used to be, meaning, I've talked about all I can talk about and analyzed everything I can analyze. The music is still wonderful, and I will always be greatful for them. They will always be my number one.

Enjoy, Brian. You've just found a website with the most knowledge you'll ever need to find.

Welcome Brian!

I thought I was the only one being in their early 20s! Glad to see I was wrong. It's not even been a year since I've discovered the Mac, but I love them like no other band.

I'm 27 and I have LOVED them for a couple years now... I WISH I was born back then so I could've seen the early concerts. That would have really rocked!
