Don't mess with the groomer!

[CharmedHour]

Every hear "the customer is always right"? That's crap. Especially in this case.
Monday I groomed a Lhasa Apso, that had fleas and very bad skin. Her hair was very oily and the flea treatment made it worse. Being a groomer, I AM NOT THE VET, so I couldn't fix her skin problems. I cut her hair with a 3 3/4 blade, leaving the hair about 2 inches long. This is the haircut the owner likes and has had her groomed that way several times.
Thursday.........The owner called and complained that the haircut was choppy, greasey, and looked horrible! ..........whatever.........I told him I was sorry but her skin was in bad shape (which it has been for quite some time), and that she had fleas. I told him I would rebathe her the next day.
Today...........He brings her in, and HOLY CRAP! Some body had cut her hair so short with the scissors that there were chop marks all over her! I did NOT do a haircut like that! My boss and other co-workers agreed with me, and they saw me groom her Monday, and they knew I didn't do it! These people had taken her home and cut her hair, accused me of doing it, and got a free re-do groom!!!!!!!!! So, I shaved her! She was all the way around short, short, short! I then called him up and told him the dog was done, and that I did not cut her hair like that, and someone in their house had obviously picked up the scissors and cut her hair themselves! Of course he denied it, but it really pisses me off that they did something like that and accused me for it!
