The Bass Guitarist's Thread

[GoS]

So after reading some of the threads (new and old) about guitars, I was wondering what was going on in the wonderful world of bass for all of the Ledgies. What kinds do you guys have? How long have you played? Are there any AMAZING bass lines that you feel everyone should know?

I am fairly new, I have only been playing for a little more than a year. In September I got a Squire 5-String Precision Bass (Black and Red) that is just awesome, and pretty cheep.
