Incredible Hulk director Louis Leterrier is directing the Clash of the Titans remake from a script by Lawrence Kasdan (screenwriter of Raiders of the Lost Ark, Empire Strikes Back).

Joseph Kosinski is directing Logan's Run and TRON 2 (TR2N). Jeff Bridges is in TR2N.

House of Sand and Fog director Vadim Perelman is directing the Poltergeist remake.

Variety announced the sequel to I Am Legend - again starring Will Smith and a prequel/sequel too 300.

Mary, Joseph & Jesus Christ could be making it, and it wouldnt matter..."Hey We're Hollywood, Let's rehash **** and polish up that TURD and sell it to IDIOTS/MORONS/CRETINS who are HARD-ON for no story and 90 megatons of CGI"

Hollywood = Out of Ideas

Burning Hollywood from a Nuke = A Good start!!!

Credit to Diehard 5's producers in signing Jesus. It's always tough to nail him down.

My mom is gonna flip.
Those are some of her FAVORITE movies, and she'll be all whiney about it, and I get to hear it. great!
Oh then my entire generation will be blamed for screwing up 'perfectly good movies'

yay....

Ugh why can't hollywood just NOT make movies if they don't have any ideas.
WTF?
There's gonna be like a Saw 6...wasnt two enough?

More remakes I forgot to mention:

(I've already seen the trailers for both of these)

It's Alive
The Long Weekend

Saw 5 comes out this month; Saw 6 is already in pre-production for Oct. 2009.

The remake of Disney's Escape to Witch Mountain comes out fairly soon.

It stars The Rock. As a kid, I loved both Witch Mountain movies. The flying RV, twins with telekinetic powers...perfect. I want to kill everyone involved with the remake...well, after I have sex with The Rock, then I'll kill everyone involved. At least the original Tony & Tia have cameo appearances.

If they are doing all the remakes from the 80's now, think of the crap coming out in 5 years when they get to the 90's.
