Blame it on my FABULOUS heart! (High-Res Ahoy!)
I have some new ****! Okay, you've probably seen a few of these before, but not in high resolution.
Woot. Super-Extreme Action Stevie! Pull my finger. You've seen this - but now you can see the details in the dress. For all the Stevie/Chris shippers out there. Yeah, I know you exist. Somebody buy this photograph and scan it. Please! And because this thread is nothing without a boobshot...

The Hi-Res are great. Here are two giant-sized (...Big Gulp Sized?) screen caps from the video of Sometimes it's a Bitch. I've been using Faststone Capture. It's great.

I just got the patch that lets my scanner work with Vista and now that I'm using it, I was wondering what dpi I should scan at to get a "high resolution" photo. I did 1200 dpi, but I think that's incorrect.

I've read that you really never need to go any higher than 1440 -- and, even then, only if you're planning to print them and want the absolute best quality. You definitely don't want to go any lower than 300, whatever you do.
