Stevie Nicks, who performs here on June 25, has been a successful solo artist over the years but made her name as one of the voices of Fleetwood Mac. She was with the group in 1977 when they released the album Rumours, which sold over 17 million copies and was the best-selling album ever at the time, and she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with her bandmates in 1998.

Highlights of her solo musical career include "Edge of Seventeen (Just Like the White Winged Dove)" and "Stand Back," and last year, her CD/DVD Crystal Visions: The Very Best of Stevie Nicks was released. Tickets for her Toledo show, which starts at 7:30 p.m., are $49.50, $75, and $99.50.

She's been hitting up some interesting sites here in Ohio recently...first Youngstown last year, now Toledo.

I've been bummed because the only venue I can see her doing here in Columbus, Germain Amphitheater (formerly Polaris) isn't opening this season. So I was afraid I would have to drive to either Cleveland or Cincinnati to see her (which I have done before, so wouldn't be *too* bothered to do it again). Toledo isn't really any more convenient...but it's a shame she can't get to central Ohio.

This is a huge bummer. I live in Columbus and have always been spoiled to have Stevie come to several BIG locations here. You're right... Youngstown, and now this? What's next? Open mic night at the Coppa Cabanna? J/k. Love ya Stevie :-D

That seems to be the pattern. We get 1-2 new dates a week, which I don't know about you but I love it that way, who wants to get them all at once.

There's already a presale for the Toledo show starting this morning and looks like tickets go on sale Friday morning. I'm SOOO there!!!

Anyone else have trouble getting tickets for this show? I used my Citicard password and it seems that there aren't any available tickets.

Which is really too bad, I live in Cleveland and Toledo is the closest she'll probably get. (though I am traveling to PA for the Reading show).
