Is this a real single or a fake?

I found this on ebay and it's not the first time I have. Is it real?
They have ALOT of rare singles up for auction and it seems too weird.

I just like that they said "KNO RESERVE"

It's been listed a few times before, and I know one person posted on a board once, maybe the Legacy, that this was real. I also am skeptic cause it is so seldom seen. I realize that SA era stuff is not prevalent like things from her other solo works, but still, you'd think this would have been part of a discography or something. Regardless it always go's for bucks. I'd like someday to see it in person.

It's real- I have a copy myself. This cd single sleeve was only available in Holland (which is where I live) and since the song wasn't a hit, the number of copies pressed is very limited.
