Default Vanessa Carlton- Heroes and Thieves Album

So, my family recently got the album and I actually like it a lot. All of the songs are upbeat, and I don't know, but it just really fits me. I think the one is AMAZING!!!

What are your all's thoughts?

I listened to some clips on Amazon because I'd never heard her before and she's mentioned in every other post because of her connection to Stevie. Her voice doesn't do a whole lot for me; maybe I'm just used to hearing much older voices, but she sounds like she's about 12. How old is she, anyway?

I love the album... it's one of the very few albums that I like every song on. I got a signed copy which I guess made it very exciting also.

The One is a great song, I especially like the intro!! Stevie's harmonies make it sound very, um, full?

I think the Spring Street lyrics are sweet and I really like the production on Hands On Me... Come Undone has a pretty cool vibe too.
More Than This is great (btw, did you hear her dog barking at the end?)

So yeah, overall I think it's a very fine record!!

Vanessa said that Stevie put a lot of work into the album and supported her all the way so I think the girls should be very proud of the finished product.
