RIP to another friend...

Many of you may know my best friend patrick passed away with cancer in april, I have just found out another childhood friend of mine, Matt, who moved to NYC when i did, Od'd last night at a friend apartment. He was doing crystal meth and had a heart attack. I have tried to get him to stop for quite awhile, but i guess i didnt see the real severity of the issue....i am ready for 2008!

I'm sorry to read that, Gavin. I've lost a couple of friends to meth. It leaves you with an empty feeling over a pointless death. Hopefully, someone that he used with will be able to see the light from this so that his experience isn't in vain.

Again, I'm sorry for your loss. I hope that 2008 will indeed come easier for you. You can talk to us any time. ♥

I am so sorry to hear this. I wish that more people knew the effects of meth before they start using it. Maybe they do, and use it anyway. but it just seems no one knew when it all broke out and now we have all these people who can't seem to kick it. such a terrible waste.

I hope your year next year is much better
