Default Greta

I always liked this song but lately have been almost obsessed over it. I've been playing the RAL demos more. I don't really care for the production on the SA album version, although I recently acquired an alternate mix that included a similar guitar part that you hear on the earlier demos and like this version better.

Does anyone know what the extra 2 verse lyrics are that she sings in the RAL demos? The quality of the 2 versions I have from that era aren't that great. I would LOVE better versions of them. Are any out there?

thanks! funny how i was completely wrong on the "a long time ago, understanding the words..." line. i thought she was saying something along the lines of "the best bands of the world." of course, what that had to do with greta is beyond me but i was wrong anyway!

in the RAL demo i want to know what she says after, "she's got her eyes wide open and she's ready to stare you down." it sounds to me like she says "vocal louder!" to the guys in the mixing booth.
