[ThePenguin]

Hi there--

As has been posted, The Ledge (and The Penguin) are in transition. I am looking for a buyer. At this time, I am not certain on the future of the site but am hopeful that it can continue. The format will be determined by new owner, of course. During this transition, however, we've decided to make some significant changes to The Ledge. New registrations have been completely suspended; some of those that are pending approval may be allowed, but the acceptance of new registrations will have to await a new owner. Also, the '3 strike' policy is being suspended effective with this post. Violators of the FAQ will be banned on their first offense. The decisions of the moderators are absolutely final. I would highly suggest that everyone re-read the FAQ so that you are absolutely sure of the policies.

Thank you for reading.
