Why are you proud of the place where you're from?
I come from Pittsburgh, PA. And when I'm asked about my hometown pride, one thing comes to mind: DONNIE ****ING IRIS. Can you beat that? I think not. Go ahead and try.

EDIT: But you posted Siouxsie; that's just as good! Now if only there were trees... Last edited by DeadliestPoison; 07-04-2007 at 07:17 AM.. |

I'm proud of the place I'm from because one day I plan to have a kid, place him behind the wheel of my car, and tell him "This is your hometown."

The Clash, Bowie and the Stones cannot be topped by anything.
I am OOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLDDDDDD ~wails~! Anyway. Holland is cool too, because, ehm..... well, we have windmills and stuff! Yeah! And CHEESE! and Tulips! And liberal laws! even though those have been changing somewhat...

CT sucks. The 'Heads, thankfully are from around here tho. They all met and formed in Rhode Island and NYC, and they all live here in CT except David, who is in NYC. So yeah, they're mah hometown crew. ![]() |

Pittsburgh is also lucky enough to have the claim on The Clarks so yeah, we pretty much dominate.

.. Or Melanie B's book. Or Victoria's book. Or a bunch of their solo albums. I'm a bad fan. I did buy Geri's autobiography, though! That was a good one.But the real issue here is: HOW CAN LONDON NOT HAVE TREES? That's just a travesty. ![]() |
