Question London Ontario

Any reviews or pics from last night's show? Did Stevie still wear her boots even after her fall on Thursday?

Default london show

hi...i just came back home (windsor) from the london show and i have to say she was wearing her boots and looked absolutely fab...i found her show shorter than i expected...only an hour long...she went on about 9:10 and the show was over at 10:10...I expect a lot of peop who payed top $ to go to the show were extremely disappointed but for every min she was on stage she gave it her all...she did dance around the stage and after edge walk with the 3 girls...i found it a riot that venessa sang backup on rock and roll...she looked as pleased as punch and when they were taking their bow at the end of the show stevie went and got vanessa and took her on stage with the rest of the gang...what a wonderful person miss nicks is and that's why she has so many adoring fans...take care...pat

Default see macman's review

just found macman posted the london free press review of the show so as to why the show was short i know there was 1 song left out...she did mention shaking up the set list but it was the same 1 she did with chris isaak so i guess it wasn't much shorter than maybe 5 or 10 minutes...i was expecting it to go to 11 pm but was over at 10:10...still was a fantastic show and we all had the time of our lives...take care...pat

^ She's been playing for at least 90 minutes, 1 song wouldn't cut it short by that much. Are you sure about this? Doesn't seem possible.

I thought Stevie went on at around 8:30? I was at this show, and before Vanessa went on I asked the venue people what time Stevie was set to go on and they said 8:30, so I went in just before that time (I really didnt' want to see Ms Carleton) and was surpised that the Stevie came on right afterwards (I'm pretty lucky, I never would have forgiven myself if I was late), so from about 8:30 to 10:10 sounds about right to me.

you could be right about her start time...i was busy getting my camera and note book out plus talking to some peop from london...vanessa started at 7:30 and i thought she did around 6 songs maybe 7...i know peop were still coming in when stevie started as someone in my row came in in the middle of standback...i still wish she was on longer but like i said it was a fantastic show and i enjoyed every min...were u on the floor section? i was section 1 c...not being familiar with the layout i thought c was the row but it wasn't...next time i'll know for sure what seats to look for...take care...pat

Hmmm... I would have thought that too about the seating..... how were they numbered then??? I was pulling up flr 1 row G--which I assumed was 7th row??? So that isn't how it works there??

Default london show seating

well i saw the floor plan when i bought the tickets and thought i scored 3rd row seat 1...what i really scored was section c to the left of the stage and the floor was split into areas itself...i ended up 10 rows back...i wish i had prior knowledge but now that i know i'll spit my first pick back...i was on the computer at 10 am when the tickets went on sale and got thru right away so assumed i'd get first choice...after hearing stories about ticket master i was tickled pink...no way will i take those seats again...my pics didn't come out either...i used a disposable camera and all i got was heads and the flash didn't pick up stevie or the stage...next time i'll take my good camera and i'm sure to get some fantastic shots...this was my first stevie concert but it won't be my last...take care...pat

awww that stinks It's hard when all of the venues have different ways of numbering/lettering their seating. Hopefully next time will be better
