Can anyone help with a Duran Duran chat forum?

[Phil]

Hi,
I'm trying to track down a rare Duran Duran item for a friend and wondered if anyone here knew of a reputable fan site/chat forum where I might be able to make contact? I did locate the official Duran Duran site that has a forum but you have to sign up and pay a fee to become a member which I'd prefer not to have to do at this stage.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Cheers,
Phil x
