DVR/VCR Alert: Music Man (Ahmet Ertegun)

I am not sure if this has been posted, and I hope this is the proper forum to post the information.
"Music Man"
"Ahmet Ertegun was a suit with a soul. He didn't just produce classic R&B, he wrote it, and his passion for the fusion of blues, rock is colorfully told in Atlantic Records: The House That Ahmet Built (5/2, PBS; check tvguide.com). This American Masterstribute, filmed over the course of four years (before his death last December), features the raconteur sharing stories with the adoring likes of Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin and Bette Midler. You'll hang on every word and every note."

I read the article in TV Guide, April 30-May 6, 2007 page 19 Roush Review.
I wonder if any of the footage will include Stevie.

I'm recording it. I'll let you know.

There is a very quick clip of Stevie at about 1:46 into the program. They showed a lot of the Montreaux festival but none of her singing.

For audiophiles, this show is a must have. There are some great, frank anecdotes about Ahmet and the bands that he signed. Also if any of you are fans of Muscle Shoals and Jerry Wexler, you should enjoy it too.

I missed it! I hope they re-play this sometime soon. He signed so many great acts, I can only imagine who all they feature on this show. I'll have to check the TV listings.

After the show there was a thing to buy the DVD of it. It was only like $20.

It's on again here in an hour - and several more times over the next week - click here and look up the times for your area.

I wanna see the Annie Leibovitz one too!

*bump*

I've moved this thread over here because Stevie is in it - briefly. I've got my DVR set for tonight, since I fell asleep before seeing her appearance last night. Everyone check your local listings.
