Default My new 7 wonders list

I was looking for the new 7 wonders thread.. couldn't find it. Anyway, though is a topic already discussed, here is my list (btw, I consider this as a "second" list of wonders, I think the old one should still be considereded current, though "of the ancient world) cause 6 of them have dissapeared.

The Pyramids of Giza
Machu Picchu (guess why, he he)
The Great Wall of China
The Taj Mahal
The Acropolis of Athens
The Pyramid at Chichén Itzá
Neuschwanstein Castle (though unfortunately is unfinished inside)

As a proud German, I had a chance to see Neuschwanstein castle in 2002. Amazing!

King Ludwig may have been considered crazy in his day but he did have a wonderful imagination and I love the castles he built. Neuschwanstein Castle is a beautiful place. Can't imagine what else he would have built if he had the money and lived longer than he did.

I guess the Venetian at Vegas is more Ludwig's style.
