Default Questions about the shows

Hi all,

I'm new here (finally got my account validated so I could post!). I've been reading a lot of the reviews of the LB shows and enjoying them as well as the photos, downloads, etc. Thank you to everyone who's posted information.

I will be seeing Lindsey and The Grove in Anaheim a week from Friday. It's possible I missed it, but I haven't seen anything mentioned regarding an opening act. I take it there is NO opener? Also, I will be in a seated section near the stage. Can any of you tell me if the venues have been letting people go down to the stage during Go Your Own Way? I know a lot of it depends upon the venue, but it seems like I've read where people who were seated got up and walked to the front of the stage for that song. Also, once you're up there, do they let you stay up there for the rest of the show?

Thanks in advance for your help. VERY excited to see Lindsey!!!

Hello SNLB,

Re: going to the front of the stage....

Yes...at the Milwaukee show fans went down front. LB didn't seem to mind. Almost encouraged fans to touch his hands, his guitar....and even strum the guitar during GYOW. From photos posted on this site from other venues...it seems to be part of every show.

Re: staying up front for the rest of the show.
I think most returned to their seats...so they wouldn't block aisles etc... it may depend on venue and security guards.

(no opening act in Milw)

yeah .... in cleveland, you were only allowed to go to the front of the stage if you were sitting in the freakin' front row. and at that show, it meant that about 3 people were standing there. it was so lame; i was in the second row, and after some bitch in the front row tried to trip me, i was escorted back to my seat by security. no, i'm not bitter ... it's not like i've been wanting to play LB's guitar for years now ...

Thanks everyone, for your welcomes and replies. That gives me a great idea of what I need to do! It's just SO exciting to be able to see Lindsey solo. I've seen Fleetwood Mac, Stevie, and Christine solo, so now it's LINDSEY TIME! Can't wait!

Looking forward to sharing more Lindsey/Stevie/Mac experiences with everyone.

At the Cincinnati show, people were coming down from the back of the building and standing in the front row, which was, at times, a pain for people like me who shelled out good $$$ for good seats and had a lot of it blocked by those people, but the security was cool about that. The camera's was another story, lol.

As far as opening acts go, we didnt have one, so I am thinking there aren't any.
