My wife and I were at the Saturday show in Nashville. A funny thing happened after the show.
We all know that LB rarely uses a guitar pick. During the show, I noticed that he did, indeed, use a pick in one or two songs. Well, after the show, I noticed that a pick was left on the stage. I pointed it out to one of the roadies and he kindly gave it to us. To our surprise, it did not say Lindsey Buckingham. No, it said Nine Inch Nails!!! A bit dazed and confused, we asked the merchandise guy what was up. He told us that the guitar techs work for many different artists. In this case, the guitar tech must have had a few Nine Inch Nails picks left over from his last job! To confirm that this NIN pick was actually used by LB, I zoomed in on the pictures we took at the show. Sure enough, all three of the picks on his stand were the same shape and coloration. So, we are now the proud owners of a Lindsey Buckingham pick with a NIN logo on it!!! |

I think you're right. I believe he started with 3 picks on his stand. After one song in particular, he placed the pick in his coat pocket instead of tossing it to the fans. I thought that was a bit odd...now we know why he wasn't passing them out!

Wow, I'm a big fan of NIN also. Two of my favourite things, united!!
------- Héctor PS like when I discovered one of my favourite TV series, Northern Exposure, featured LB's Play in the rain in a chapter, that was great - |

Oh, I saw the roadie give that to you, which was very cool of him, I might add! Now I know who the lucky person was! Congrats!

Oh wait, I picked up his pick after he threw it right in front of me, and I had no idea that NIN meant Nine Inch Nails, I thought it was a brand or something. That's funny.
