Default Come to my window...

It's a gorgeous fall day here, and the tree on the lawn across from my house looks absolutely stunning. It turns an amazing gold every year, so I thought I'd snap a few pictures. Mind you, my stupid screen got in the way, but I think they turned out pretty well. The colours are way more vivid in person, though.

So - what's the view from your window? Carrie posted something similar awhile ago, so I decided to follow her lead with a little twist.

Aw. Well, I googled 'fall in minnesota' and I like what I see!

I'm seriously thinking of removing the screen and taking some decent pictures. The woman across the street is mowing the lawn, though, so I think she'd ruin the effect.

There's a town in southeaster Minnesota called Lanesboro that you really have to see to believe. It's like right out of a Norman Rockwell painting.

Very pretty- I love the fall. Here in the South, we are experiencing fluctuating temperatures, so Fall foliage is not quite...*there* yet.

Ya, we're not quite in full fall effect here either. Another week or two. I wanted to take Sara and her sister and have outdoor pics done when the leaves are just right. If I do, I will post them. For the record, I just absolutely love fall. I even decorate my house for it!

So do I. I went for a bike ride today and could smell the leaves. You know, that fall leaves smell? Also, we had gorgeous weather over the weekend and the leaves on the trees were the most brilliant of colors. I love this time of year.

Yeah, our temperatures are crazy here too! You never quite know how to dress... You either end up too cold, or too hot by the end of the day. Make up your mind, mother nature! A lot of the leaves are turning, though. I love that.

Hm...well I'd be able to smell the leaves if the scent of cow poo wasn't so prevelant up here

Actually it's been lovely up here as well - weather is supposed to turn on us tomorrow though - is this how it usually along the Front Range this time of year?
