Gate and Garden
hmmmm so what does everyone think of 'Gate and Garden' from The Wild Heart then? Personally - it's good. I like it. Not the best song on The Wild Heart but Enchanted makes up for it.

i have always adored this song especially the lines...
"And the guardian... Well it's now you know It's just a few days...away It's now you know And it's then It's just a game...that...we...play Someone steals it... Someone...steals it away Scares you to death You don't give in to yourself You give in to your friends Don't send an answer How many times...have you said" ~

Love it. I just think the title and the first 4 lines are odd.
There is a gate It can be guarded Well it is not heaven And it has a garden what in the world does that mean?? The rest of it ROCKS!

Well I'm glad no one really hates this song. I quite like it. It fits the album well - i don't think I would like it as a single but as an upbeat cheerful album track, it's great

Hate it ! Clunky lyrics about nothing. Filler. But it does have a nice vocal. She rarely did a bad vocal then.

The first few lines irritate me beyond belief. And I can't really say why. It reminds me too much of stuff on Bella Donna, I think....
Once we get beyond that, it rocks out.

It's a good song, however it's almost a little too air-y for me to consider a favorite. Still great though
