Does anyone have this feature on their cell phone? I accidentally hit a wrong button on my cell phone & got on it unknowingly & then got off. I didn't even know I had it. I don't know anything about it, if it's safe to surf the web on your cell phone or if there is a charge or if they just put just put the time towards your minutes. Anyone use this?

i don't know what it's like with american cellular operators, but here these services are highly expensive, and unless you buy the right package in advance (meaning you are just a random mobile surfer), you'll be surprised to see the growth in your next phone bill.
those features are being used especially by businessmen or tempted and bored kids who don't pay their own bills, the cellular operators enjoy taking advantage of that.

As Tommer said to surf the web with your mobile is usually very expensive. I don't know if it's the same in US, but to spend a little less there are some providers who offer contracts for this service at special conditions... not that special though.
