Default I miss Boston

One of the truly great cities in America! I've been lucky enough to have been there 3 times, the last being 1999. It's been too long. AH The Itialian, The Seafood! What a place!

I love Boston and lucky enough to get there a couple times a year to visit a friend. In fact, I'll be there next week and will be going to a game at Fenway for the first time ever.

A very charming and walkable city. I even did a duck tour last time I was there. Which probably would land me in the tacky thread, but it was fun.

Some of the people in Boston come across as uptight to me, and there is too much emphasis on what college you went to for my taste, but people there are much more loyal and dependable than flaky Californians.

I think the people there get a bad rep sometimes. I've never had a problem with anyone in the times I've been there. BTW I'm jealous as hell you're going to Fenway! DO you know where your seats are?

Boston is the best!!!! I was just there in May and may be going back again in August! I saw Blue Man Group there .... great show. We also saw a few improv comedy shows there, too. And we eat and drink there like nobody's business!

I thought you were talking about the band at first, which made me want to die.

I even got a pic with them! One of the blue dudes came up to me outside the theater and started playing tricks on me! He'd tap me on my right shoulder and then walk over to my left. Then he DRAGGED me into a pic that a dad was taking of the blue men and his daughters. He was nice enough to e-mail it to me. Definitely good times!!

Yep! And we also went to Improv Boston. I think that one in Cambridge? Went to a great Korean restaurant there called Koreana, I think.

Boston is a great city. Can't beat the food or the history. Fall is my favorite time of year though, the weather is perfect then. Winter on the other hand....

Pattie, you should come by the zoo and visit if you are going to be up. Can you handle seeing me twice in one week??

Hey Kim, my weekend is already planned but I might come up another weekend to go to the zoo. I hear that it is one of the best around. I can't wait until next Wednesday! I'll PM you later tonight with more details.

I LURV Boston. I'm lucky enough to have lived in the back bay for a few years, but I still go in every few weekends. Its a beautiful city. Confusing as hell if you aren't from there, though.
