Default Chris playing the guitar

I was going through my stuff & I didn't know that I still had this. It's a video clip from one of the Tusk rehearsals. The song is "The Ledge" & Chris is playing the guitar!

I think it is vastly unfair that one person has so much talent and I hate her!

Now all we need is a video of Chris playing bass in the old days!

So are we safe in assuming that the only song Chris played guitar on during the actual 1979-80 tour was "Save Me a Place"? I suppose it's possible that:

A) Chris played guitar on "That's Enough for Me" in Europe, or
B) The band played "The Ledge" at some shows on the Tusk Tour (in which case Chris presumably would have played guitar).

Chris is definitely not playing guitar on some other 1979 rehearsal things, like "Honey Hi" & "Brown Eyes." You can hear the CP30 being played all the way through those things. Also, she's playing the B3 on "I Know I'm Not Wrong." However, I think she did play guitar on "That's All for Everyone" at the rehearsals.

Yeah, I know. In those jeans, I think she looks like a country music star.

And, here's another picture of Chris playing the guitar. Personally, I prefer the more casual Christine in jeans during those rehearsals. And, she plays guitar right handed. I thought she was a southpaw.

Apparently she does some things right-handed, like write ...?

But anyone who shakes maracas left-handed is primarily a lefty. I guess Christine is ambidaxtiferouciferous.

I've seen a video of her signing an autograph left handed

Yes, that Japan documentary. She signed that autograph for that Japanese kid left handed. The only thing I've seen her do right handed is play the guitar.

It's possible that she learned how to play guitar right-handed even though she's a lefty. Someone might have told her that playing right handed was "the proper way"

Yes you might be right.

Many moons ago in England left handed kids were made to write right handed!

That was cruel to those children! I am disappointed in England.

But I still love Ralph Vaughan Williams!

It was a long time ago. But yes it was incredibly cruel.

The marvellous Marcella posted this hi-res non-watermarked photo of Chris playing the guitar over at Seven Wonders.
