Wow. Thanks to both of you for posting these.

It's hard to think of anyone but John Lennon singing Imagine, and it's harder to BUY anyone singing it but him, but Emmylou has now shattered that theory. I wouldn't expect anything less from her though, the woman is a class act.

I hadn't seen that first clip before... thanks for sharing

[dissention]

You can download the video and an MP3 of it at http://www.roseofemmylou.com/, along with some other great stuff. Unfortunately, I think the site has been abandoned because it hasn't been updated since September, but maybe with the new album later this month, new stuff will be posted. She's going to be on Letterman next Thursday, probably performing the "This Is Us" single.

And this is awesome. Johnny and Emmylou.

You are clearly much better than me! I didn't know where it was from. It's a totally gorgeous picture though. I'm a sucker for pictures of Judy with her kids. This is one of my all time favourite pictures of Judy and Lorna:

Better stop now... I could post a ton of pics I love!

have you heard the commercial that has the song in your sig? it's a man singing. I really need to get the Liza with a Z album, if nothing else, for that song. I love it.

I take it the Liza with a Z DVD is just a US release at the moment?
