Stevie...Los Angeles Fan party DATE!!!

Hey all!! I know we're all itchy with the news and pictures coming from Austrailia and all....BUT, Please READ THIS CAREFULLY

I just called the restaurant. (Acapulco's) The NEXT saturday night that the banquet room is available for us, is Sat. April 8th. I booked it anyway..I can always cancel it. The news is that they NOW charge $ 15 per person for parties over 15 people, because it's a buffet. I had a little over 15 respond originally. I just didn't know if everyone would want to pay for this

Everywhere else I know of that has rooms charges ALOT!! If anyone has suggestions of a place that doesn't charge to reserve it, lemme know

I can check it out and perhaps cancel the Acapulco reservations

At least Acapulco will let us BRING IN OUR OWN MUSIC!!! (and decor if we want)

Hey all !!!!....anyone wanting to come to a gathering of Stevie fans in L.A., it's going to be Sat. April 8th at 5pm at Acapulco's Restaurant in Burbank, across the street from NBC studios. For groups of 20 and over, it is a buffet and costs $ 15 per person....there is no way around that, I tried LOL...However, every other place I found that has rooms for parties charges hundreds or thousands of $$.

It will be hours of fan stories, laughter, and meeting new Stevie Fans

You can bring anything with you that you want to share also!! They will even let me bring in music to the Banquet room!!!

If you will come, PLEASE email me immediately ([email protected]) ...I NEED a final headcount!! The room can be used if I have at least 20 people...if you RSVP and dont' show up, we all may get stuck paying for you

thank god some of you will come!!! I know you're out there!!! Otherwise, I gotta cancel it....or cancel the banquet room reservation and limit it to a few strangers eating at a regular table LOL

I would go if taking public transportation home at that time of night wasn't so unsafe. I hope you get enough of a response to make it work, though. Even if you had to cancel the banquet room and just have a large table it still sounds like fun... less formal, just dinner & convo among Stevie fans. Good luck!

Hey, we're still more than six weeks away. Most poeple can't commit this early. Be aware of a possible big conflict...the Santa Anita Derby (horse race) will be run that very day, Sat April 8th at Santa Anita. Of course the horse races are during the day.
