What is your idea of perfect happiness? Lying alone in my cozy apartment (which I don't currently have) listening to my Billie Holiday CDs. Preferably with the lights very low.

What is your greatest fear? Fire. Or contracting a debilitating disease.

Which historical figure do you most identify with? I dunno about historical figures, but I always felt like I could relate to the Bee Girl from that Blind Melon video.

Which living person do you most admire? I hate people.

What is your greatest extravagance? I don't really make enough money to be extravagant. I spend more money on food than I'd like.

What do you dislike most about your appearance? My weight. I need to lose at least 20 lbs.

Which living person do you most despise? If I had to pick just one, I'd say my ex-roommate, Paul. Or that bastard car salesman.

What is your greatest regret? Gosh, I have several. I guess I most regret being such a complete basketcase in high school and nearly flunking out...I had an opportunity to make something of myself that I'll never have again.

What or who is the greatest love of your life? When I find anything that even approaches this, I'll let you know.

When and where were you happiest? I don't think I've ever been all that happy, so I can't really answer this.

Which talent would you most like to have? Oh, I'd love to be able to sing.

What is your current state of mind? Hmm...a little restless, anxious.

If you could change one thing about your family, what would it be? Scrap the whole bunch and start over.

If you were to die and come back as a person or thing, what do you think it would be? A hummingbird. They're fascinating creatures. And they only live for about 5 years, so if I didn't like it, I wouldn't have to be one for very long.

What is your most treasured possession? I don't really have any treasured possessions. If I had to pick something, I'd say my rather large CD collection, but if I lost them...I think I'd get over it pretty quickly.

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery? I've had a lot of these, it's hard to pick just one. They all feel the same.

What is the quality you most like in a man? At this point, I'd just like to meet somebody who doesn't make me want to back over them with my car.

What is the quality you most like in a woman? See above.

What do you most value in your friends? Loyalty.

Who are your favorite writers? This is hard, because I don't read fiction.

Who are your heroes in real life? Shakyamuni Buddha.

What are your favorite names? Henry, James, Rosemary, Eleanor.

How would you like to die? In my sleep, so I'd never know what hit me.

What is your motto?Manana (does anyone know how to make that little thing over the n?).

What is your most treasured possession? A small photo of my grandmother. My sense of humor, too.

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery? Dwelling on bad things that happened in the past instead of shrugging them off. You can't change any of it, so get over it.
