Oh dear. A warm washcloth will help the bruise go away quicker. I bet you do have a headache.

Also take some vitamins, they really help bruises heal more quickly. Take good care of yourself. Do you mean to say you've had a headache for a week? You may want to get your head examined. Seriously though!

need to attend a real mosh pit such as a Slayer show (Pantera's were the best but alas Pantera I knew ye well...). Would like to see what kinda pit a Nevermore show would produce....I'm never too old to thrash around (Though health issues seems to have damper my ol' banging days!)

Hell, I want to start a mosh pit at the next Fleetwood Mac show I attend (I have already headbanged during "I'm So Afraid" at the 2003 OKC show) just for pure f**kin meanness!!!

Anyways, That definitely looked like it hurt like hell (Glad to see ya have a sense of humor about it)...I can relate though, I received a concussion at a Queensryche/Suicidal Tendencies show back in 1990 when some limp dick tried to hurtle himself to the stage (He missed badly) during ST's set and I caught his Doc Marten's in the back of my noggin' (Opened up a small cut that bled a bit) and had to be pulled over the barricade from the pit by security (Who I knew on a first name basis) to have my new headache attended too....

Didnt really remember much of Queensryche's set except they did not have the multimedia stage presentation for "Operation:Mindcrime" that every other city on the tour received (So I didnt miss much I guess)

There were a few lone headbangers at the Worcester 03 show (FM) during come. I was happy to see them lol.

Sorry about your head...like someone said, the wash cloth will help.

What kind of vitamins ?? just regular multi vitamin? I need to do something cause its spreading down my nose and over to my other eye now..and yes have had a headache since last Friday morning..but did go get checked at hospital..I think once the big goose egg goes down the headache will go away..It was alot worse , as I couldn;t see out of the eye for a few days but the swelling is going down.with the help of ice packs..
