Did anyone watch the Randi Rhodes Q & A on C-Span last night? It was awesome... I'm not a c-span watcher so I lucked out catching this interview...
Randi Rhodes ..the radio host... not Ozzy's guitarist.. craaaaaaaaaaazy Train.!!!!
sorry..got side-tracked...

anyhow...she was talking about her first job interview for a station in Florida sometime in the late 70's I believe..... anyhow..she said the interview lasted a full week and she was nervous as all hell....sweated off about 10 pounds in that week alone.... well, she was sitting there.....wearing her flowery dress...big frizzy hair and big brown glasses.. when the interviewer came in he said

'Damn! You look like a burnt out Stevie Nicks!'..

I thoroughly enjoyed the interview and all of the candid shots. I wish it could have been two hours. I'm sure she'll be on again.

It was a great show. And she trimmed her Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman 'do a tad.
